Resignation of Auditors
-The auditor can deposit notice in writing of resignation at the company’s registered office.
-Resignation effective after 21 days s.281(2)
-Upon receipt of resignation notice, the company shall notify the Registrar within 7 days.
-Resigning auditors submit a copy of written representation or his statement of circumstances connected to his resignation to the Registrar.

-Once receive resignation letter from auditors -to affix company’s rubber stamp with date on the letter.
-Submit copy of the stamped letter of resignation to SSM within 7 days of acknowledgement.

- 辞职 21 天后生效 s.281(2)
-收到辞职通知后，公司应在7天内通知注册官。
- 辞职审计师向书记官长提交一份与其辞职有关的书面陈述或情况说明的副本。
