Resignation of Auditors (Public co)
Auditor can:
1. deposit with the resignation notice, a signed requisition calling on directors to convene general meeting to explain his resignation.
2. May request the company to circulate the auditor’s statement on circumstances connected with the resignation to members.
-Upon receipt of the requisition, directors are to convene a general meeting within 28 days s.283(5).
