🔹 When consumers do not request an e-Invoice, businesses can issue a regular invoice instead.
🔹 At the end of the month, businesses can generate a Consolidated e-Invoice summarizing these transactions.
🔹 The Consolidated e-Invoice must be submitted to LHDN within 7 days after the end of the month.

在消费者没有要求E-invoice的情况下，商家可发出普通发票，并在月尾时总结发出综合发票（Consolidated e-invoice）及在7天内提交到LHDN。
