Distributive Traders

For the purposes of these Guidelines, distributive traders include, but are not limited to, the following:

• wholesalers;  
• retailers;
• franchise practitioners;
• direct sellers;
• suppliers who channel their goods into the domestic market;
• online businesses; and
• commission agents or other representatives, including representatives of international trading companies.

就本指南而言，“分销贸易经营者”包括但不限于以下类型：

• 批发商；
• 零售商；
• 特许经营从业者；
• 直销商；
• 将其货物引入国内市场的供应商；
• 线上业务经营者（电子商务）；以及
• 佣金代理人或其他代表，包括国际贸易公司的代表。
