Retail Trade

For the purposes of these Guidelines, “retail trade” means the sale or resale of new and/or used goods and services to the general public for final consumption.

Retail trade may include the sale or resale of fast-moving consumable goods to organisational buyers where such purchases are made for the purpose of carrying on the organisation’s business and where there is no clear distinction between final consumption and business consumption.

零售贸易（Retail Trade）

就本指南而言，“零售贸易”是指将全新和／或二手的货物及服务，出售或转售予一般公众，供其最终消费之用。

零售贸易亦可包括将快速消费品出售或转售予机构买家的情形，前提是该等采购系为该机构开展其业务之目的，且在最终消费与商业用途消费之间并无明确区分。
