If your company is no longer active in operation, we strongly recommend that you proceed with the striking off process at the earliest opportunity.
Failure to do so may result in continued statutory compliance obligations under the Companies Act 2016, including the filing of Annual Returns and other applicable statutory requirements, as well as ongoing company secretarial fees, accounting fees (where applicable), late filing penalties, and potential enforcement action by the relevant authorities. 

Proceeding with the striking off application promptly will help minimise unnecessary compliance costs and ensure the company is formally removed from the register maintained by the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM).

• 每年向马来西亚公司委员会（Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia，简称 SSM）提交年度申报表（Annual Return）；

• 履行《2016 年公司法》规定的其他法定申报及合规要求；

• 持续承担公司秘书专业服务费用；

• 承担会计及财务报告服务费用（如适用）；

• 因逾期提交法定文件而被处以罚款或复合罚款（Compounds）；以及

• 面临马来西亚公司委员会（SSM）及其他相关监管机构采取的执法行动。
